The
East
African
country
has
been
re-demarcating
blocks
earlier
surrendered
by
Tullow
Oil
and
Anadarko
Petroleum
as
it
looks
to
attract
investors
to
the
emerging
play
after
a
rush
of
discoveries
in
the
region.
"We
have
mapped
eight
blocks
and
forwarded
them
to
be
included
in
the
official
Kenya
gazette,"
Permanent
Secretary
for
Energy
Patrick
Nyoike
told
Reuters,
without
giving
further
details
on
the
location
of
the
blocks.
The
Energy
Ministry
said
last
month
it
wanted
to
demarcate
some
new
blocks
around
the
Lokichar
basin,
where
Tullow
has
made
the
Ngamia
and
Twiga…
