leak
was
discovered
on
8
March
when
Williams
crews
were
doing
some
preliminary
construction
work
at
the
site
near
a
right-of-way
owned
by
the
midstream
company
outside
the
town
of
Parachute,
about
322
kilometres
west
of
Denver.
As
of
Tuesday,
hydrocarbons
were
still
"seeping"
from
beneath
the
surface
as
20
Williams
workers
used
vacuum
trucks
to
clean
up.
Williams
spokesman
Tom
Droege
said
it
had
not
yet
been
determined
what
the
hydrocarbon
was.
