Brent at $108: Weak Chinese figures and the Fed's stimulus decisions have capped further gains

Brent futures rose towards $108 per barrel on Thursday as bitter cold across the northern hemisphere boosted heating oil demand, but the US Federal Reserve's move to trim its monetary stimulus curbed gains.
