Test: US Energy Department to test distribution system for strategic petroleum reserve

The US Department of Energy is selling off about 5 million barrels of crude from the strategic petroleum reserve (SPR) in order to test the capabilities of the country's distribution system in a rapidly changing domestic energy environment.
