Alliance Group, Khudainatov agree merger

Merger: Eduard Khudainatov, above, in deal with Alliance Group

Russia’s Alliance Group has agreed to merge its assets with Moscow’s International Petroleum Company, which is controlled by former Rosneft chief executive Eduard Khudainatov, reports have said.
