ONGC turns to Jindal

India's Jindal Drilling & Industries has won a three-year, 6.6 billion ($167.6 million) contract for a newbuild jack-up rig from state-run Oil & Natural Gas Corporation.

India's Jindal Drilling & Industries has won a three-year, 6.6 billion ($167.6 million) contract for a newbuild jack-up rig from state-run Oil & Natural Gas Corporation.

DP Jindal Group's chief financial officer Anil Jain said the rig will get to work in November next year.
