Maersk Oil is seeking a Drilling Superintendent for a key position in the DUC Operations Drilling Group located at our headquarters in Copenhagen. The group, which consists of five rig teams each with a Drilling Superintendent and an Operations Engineer, supports the Danish North Sea drilling activities of Maersk Oil. Maersk Oil is the operator in the DUC partnership with Shell and Chevron.

Australia-listed Red Fork Energy has upgraded the proved and probable reserves at its US fields by 250% to 36.4 billion cubic feet equivalent, following an independent certification.
Redfork said the certification by Lee Keeling & Associates had attributed total proved, probable and possible reserves in Redfork’s four project areas at 62.2 bcfe.
All of the reserves are from coal bed methane, fractured shale gas and conventional oil and gas, at depths ranging from 400 to 5000 feet, Redfork said.
The producing zones are located in the Arkoma and Cherokee basins of Oklahoma.
