P-25 still down for Petrobras

Brazil’s Petrobras said today output at the 65,000 barrels per day P-25 platform in the Campos basin has been halted for over one week, but expects production to resume by 29 Ocotber.

Production was stopped on 16 October due to problems in the drill pipe riser, a flexible duct that connects the platform to the sub-sea reservoirs, Petrobras said.

The company said the stoppage would reduce daily production for October by about 25,000 bpd.
