Superior winds in Madison

By Upstream staff

Indiana’s Superior Well Services has brought North Dakota-based Madison Wireline Services in a bid to expand its services offerings in the Williston basin.

Superior paid $3 million for Madison, which has 11 employees. The deal also includes four cased-hole trucks and logging systems which Superior said was compatible with its existing equipment.

Superior offers a range of services including stimulation, nitrogen and cementing operations.
