Our client is a fast growing Nigerian exploration and production company with operations mainly in the Gulf of Guinea and is involved both as an operator and a non-operator. The company is in partnerships with the concessionaire and key international Oil and Gas companies in Nigeria and also has blocks in other parts of the Gulf of Guinea. It aspires to become a high performing exploration and production company with world class assets, people, processes and systems.

As part of our global expansion plans within this business unit, Hays is looking for a number of accomplished recruitment managers to take on and lead the business' growth across select regions.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a senior exploration and development professional to build a geology and geophysics team from the ground up. A key technical leadership role, this will also allow you to work on some exciting plays and give you substantial professional scope for this dynamic and ambitious organisation with a significant Asian network.
