Latest jobsPerth-based Amadeus Energy unveiled plans today to drill 16 wells on leases in five counties in its White Eagle project area in Kansas at an estimated cost of about $5.4 million.
Amadeus said it expected drilling of the wells, with an average depth of 3400 feet, to be wrapped up by June, with the first rig moving next week.
It said the wells would target oil in the Arbuckle, Viola, Mississippi and Lansing-Kansas City formations.
Amadeus holds an 85% working interest in wells in the White Eagle project.
