Nodding on the tar belt: heavy oil wells along the Orinoco
Petrocedeno out of action
A 200,000 barrel per day heavy crude upgrader at Petrocedeno in Venezuela's Orinoco belt will undergo a "major stoppage" for seven weeks of maintenance starting this month, state-run player PDVSA said.
PDVSA's minority partners at Petrocedeno are Norway's Statoil and France's Total.
