Huisman and IHC strengthen bond
Dutch based design and construction companies Huisman and IHC Merwede are to
take their existing relationship one step further and provide integrated
offshore drilling services.
The two companies already work together on the design and manufacturing of
fully integrated offshore construction vessels.
Huisman has extensive experience in designing and building equipment for the
offshore industry and in recent years has also become a player in the
drilling market.
IHC is a yard in the Netherlands that constructs ‘one-off’ or ‘limited’ series
of ships.
