ITS bags Trinpet
Oilfield services and products supplier ITS has bought Trinidad oilfield
equipment rental and service business, Trinpet-ITS Limited in Galeota Point,
Trinidad for an undisclosed amount.
The deal was funded by the Bank of Scotland and increases ITS’ geographical
presence in the region.
Trinpet employs 50 people and operates from a 20,000 square feet
manufacturing and service facility at Galeota Point, Trinidad.
The company provides drilling and fishing tool rental services, supported by
manufacturing and repair capabilities, for oil and gas operators in the
region.
Valve installation and maintenance services are also on offer.
Anthony Laurence will continue as director of Trinpet-ITS.
