Tatneft says reserves climb

Russian medium-sized outfit Tatneft said today that its proved reserves of
crude increased by 228 million barrels to 6.140 billion barrels last year.
The outfit said in a statement its probable reserves of crude and condensate
amounted to 2.141 billion barrels as of 1 January this year, up by 146.9
million barrels from a year before.
Tatneft produced 25.74 million tonnes (517,000 barrels per day) of crude
last year, reported Reuters.
