Kessel warns of need for reform

Mexican Energy Minister Georgina Kessel warned today that Mexico could suffer a severe energy crisis before 2018 if the troubled sector was not overhauled.

"If we don't do anything, Mexico will face a severe energy crisis before the next presidential administration ends (in 2018)," Reuters quoted Kessel as telling lawmakers.
