Index numbers hit triple digits
Houston minnow Index Oil & Gas experienced triple-digit year-on-year increases in revenue and production for the 2007-2008 fiscal year, attributing its success in part to increasing commodity prices.
The company’s oil and gas revenues increased approximately 273% from $457,046 for the 2006-2007 fiscal year to $1,705,593 for the 2007-2008 fiscal year.
Production rose about 255% from 8075 barrels of oil equivalent for the 2006-2007 fiscal year to 28,626 boe for the 2007-2008 fiscal year.
The company’s 2008 fiscal year ended on 31 March.
Total production in the first quarter of 2008 was 18,804 boe.
