DBP boosts gas flows in Western Australia

DBP, the owner and operator of the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline (DBNGP) in Western Australia, said it has increased shipments of gas from the Northwest Shelf by 25% to help ease energy shortages arising out of the Varanus Island incident.

“DBP understands its critical role as part of Western Australia’s energy chain and is doing all it can to make a difference during the current energy shortage,” DBP’s executive chairman Stuart Hohnen said in a statement today.
