Tooge to head up Clariant Latin America
Clariant Oil Services has named Carlos Tooge as head of its Latin American business unit, to be based in Sao Paulo.
Tooge was previously head of Clariant’s oil services business in Brazil.
Christopher Oversby, head of business at Clariant parent Houston-based Clariant Chemical Management Solutions said heavy oil and deep-water exploration markets in Latin America formed one of the group’s most important segments.
The Clariant group provides speciality chemicals to a range of business including oil and gas exploration and production.
