The company is in partnerships with the concessionaire and key international Oil and Gas companies in Nigeria and also has blocks in other parts of the Gulf of Guinea. As part of our global expansion plans within this business unit, Hays is looking for a number of accomplished recruitment managers to take on and lead the business' growth across select regions.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a senior exploration and development professional to build a geology and geophysics team from the ground up.
