Mexico: Bad weather shuts main oil ports
Main Mexico oil ports shut on bad weather
Mexico closed the Cayo Arcas and Coatzacoalcos oil ports this afternoon and the Dos Bocas terminal remained shut due to bad weather, the government said.
Dos Bocas was closed this morning. Weather-related port closures are not uncommon for Mexico's Gulf Coast ports but prolonged shutdowns can force state oil company Pemex to curtail production as it has limited storage capacity, said a Reuters report.
