Medgaz primes first flows for 2010
The 8 billion cubic metre per year Medgaz pipeline between Algeria and Spain will deliver its first gas in early 2010, Dominique de Riberolles, chief executive of Spanish energy company Cepsa, said today.
In late May, the chief executive of Algerian state energy group Sonatrach had said the pipeline would begin operations in the fourth quarter of this year, a Reuters report said.
