Poland hopes its liquefied natural gas deal with Qatar, agreed in April and officially signed today, may eventually supply more than 1 million tonnes of LNG per year, Minister of State for the Treasury Aleksander Grad said.
Grad was attending the ceremony with Qatari Oil Minister Abdullah al-Attiyah, a Reuters report said.
The gas will supply a Polish terminal expected to be ready in 2015.
