Petrobras re-opens 2019 bonds
Brazilian state-controlled oil company Petrobras expects to sell at least $500 million of 2019 global bonds in a re-opening expected to finish as early today, according to sources.
The global bonds will mature on 15 March 2019 and bear a coupon interest rate of 7.875%, the source said told Reuters, speaking on condition of anonymity because the transaction hasn't been concluded.
The company sold $1.5 billion of the same bonds on 4 February.
Petrobras hired JPMorgan Chase & Co., HSBC Holdings, Banco Santander and Citigroup to handle the transaction. Petrobras was not immediately available for comment.
