Petrofac gets Oman gig

UK-based oil and gas services company Petrofac has won a contract worth more than $350 million for the Kauther gas compression project in Oman.

Petrofac will undertake the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of the gas compression system, and associated facilities at the Kauther gas plant.

It will also carry out the commissioning and six months of initial operations.
