State-owned PetroVietnam and Venezuela’s PDVSA are in joint venture talks to develop oilfields in venezuela's Lake Maracaibo area.
State-owned PetroVietnam and Venezuela’s PDVSA are in joint venture talks to develop the Maracaibo area of western Venezuela.
A Dow Jones report said PetroVietnam and PDVSA have conducted joint studies of oil production at the Lagomar, Lagomedio and Centro Lago fields in Maracaibo.
The studies started in September 2007.
