Dockwise signs on for transport jobs

Netherlands-based offshore player Dockwise has signed eight new near-term contracts for the transport of modules, vessels and jack-ups worth a combined $24 million.

Dockwise, together with industry partners, has received contracts to transport jack-up drilling rigs to Sjarjah, Tianjin, West Africa, Sudan and Singapore and modules and a salvage vessel to Stavanger and Nigeria respectively.

Most of the work will be carried out in the fourth quarter this year and the first quarter next year.
