Toreador prices share offer
Paris-based Toreador Resources has priced its public offering of 3 million shares of common stock at $8.50 per share.
The price is a 16% discount to the closing price per share yesterday.
The offering is expected to close on 12 February.
Toreador will use the estimated $23.5 million raised from the offer to buyback convertible senior notes and for general corporate purposes.
RBC Capital Markets and Thomas Weisel Partners are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
