Tough going: for South Africa's Sasol
South African fuels group Sasol today reported a 52% drop in earnings to 6.50 billion rand ($871 million) in the six months to 31 December from 12.97 billion rand in the year-ago period as it was hit by lower crude and petroleum products prices, and said it was cautious about the full year.
