Cash job: for EMGS

EMGS bags $7.5m job

Norway's Electromagnetic Geoservices (EMGS) has won a $7.5 million contract to provide 3D electromagnetic data acquisition, processing and interpretation services for a repeat customer.

The survey is expected to start in the third quarter, subject to vessel availability.

EMGS said this is the second part of a global 3D EM campaign for a major oil company, the first part of which was a Caribbean contract announced in mid-December.
