Norwegian shipbuilder Aker Yards is to build two platform supply vessels for oilfield services group Siem Offshore for about Nkr275 million ($40.3 million).
The vessels wills be built by Aker Brattvaag and are scheduled for delivery in the second quarter of 2007.
Siem Offshore expects to finance the vessels through a combination of debt and working capital.
