Inspection services will be provided on numerous equipment packages being ordered by Jemena for the 622-kilometre pipeline project.
The pipeline is being built to support the development of gas resources in the Northern Territory, and will extend from Tennant Creek in the Northern Territory to Mount Isa in Queensland.
“Intertek’s global network and experience in providing quality support services for major oil and gas projects, has led to this further new contract and also a result of our long-term relationship with Jemena,” said Konrad Drogemuller, Intertek’s Regional Director for Industry Services.
