The National Petroleum and Mineral Authority (ANPM) said in a brief statement it awarded the US$185,000 contract to Arntzen de Besche Advokatfirma (AdeB).
The law firms's workscope is to draft regulations for onshore petroleum operations. These will complement the regulatory framework applicable for upstream petroleum activities.
