The company posted an after tax profit of nearly US$7.9 million for the three months to 31 November, down from a profit of almost US$13.3 million a year earlier.

This came as the company’s financial expenses rose from US$8.2 million to US$10.5 million which Ezra attributed mainly to the interest expense from the S$200 million (US$163.1 million) fixed rate note it issued in September last year.

Ezra
