Brazilian state-controlled oil company Petrobras is expected to again postpone the date for the delivery of commercial bids in two tenders for the supply of big floating production, storage and offloading vessels destined for the Libra and Sepia fields in the Santos basin pre-salt province.

Well-placed sources said Petrobras is understood to be considering moving the date to mid-March from 11 February, in an attempt to give contractors an extra month to try to secure the necessary funding to build and deliver the two FPSOs.
