An unidentified worker at the federal regulatory body is currently being investigated for allegedly downloading more than 7000 pornographic files onto a government computer. The lead investigator in the case told lawmakers last week that the individual viewed the files for between two and six hours a day, and earns a tidy $120,000 a year in salary.
The employee, who is now facing possible prosecution from the US Department of Justice, is still on EPA's payroll.
