BP gives Hayward $1.11m in shares

BP last month awarded former chief executive Tony Hayward shares valued at more than £700,000 ($1.11 million) under a three-year incentive plan that ended in 2011, even though he left the company before the plan's conclusion, the energy company's annual report showed Tuesday.
