CNOOC takes plunge with Aker Solutions

Norway's Aker Solutions confirmed today it has signed a $20 million contract with the state-owned oil company China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) to supply a subsea production system for the Yacheng 13-4 gas field.
