A top acreage holder and gas producer in the Latin American country and its promising Vaca Muerta shale, Apache will also assume $52 million in bank debt as part of the transaction, the company said Wednesday.
YPF on Wednesday also announced a $217 million deal partnership deal with Argentina's Pluspetrol on a 1240-square kilometre block largely comprised of the former Apache acreage.
