The agreement covers the processing andsale of heavy gas from the project following the completion ofAustin's first two Niobrara wells at the project.
Austin said it expected a definitivegas processing agreement to be completed within days which will seeGPA provide the capital to install the processing plant, compressionplant and the associated infrastructure required for gathering andprocessing heavy gas at the project.
