A weekly production report (pdf) from the Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board said that the 300 million-cubic-feet-per-day gas facility was offline after a "production shutdown" on Tuesday.
Gas giant Encana, which has agreed to buy 100% of the production from Deep Panuke, declined to comment on the shutdown.
"We are not providing commentary on daily variances in production," an Encana spokeswoman said.
