The company revealed on Thursday thatthe Departmentof Communications, Energy & Natural Resourceshad extended licensing options 12/3 and 12/2 for a further 18months, until 31 May 2015.
“Weare pleased to receive extensions on these two prospective licenceareas to complete the agreed work programme, which is fully funded,”Fastnet managing director Paul Griffiths said.
“Thecompany recently received the final 3D processing results forMizzen and Deep Kinsale and have now started distributing the data toa number of international oil and gas companies who have expressed aninterest in a potential farm-in.”
