SapuraKencana's subsidiary SK Serviceswill hold a 51% stake in the joint venture while GE will hold a 49%stake in the company, named SapuraKencana GE Oil & Gas Services.
The joint venture agreement is subjectto the newly formed company being granted a licence from Malaysia'sPetronas to providemanpower, materials, consumables, equipment and facilities necessaryfor the maintenance, repair, overhaul, refurbishment and performancetest of gas turbines and auxiliaries.
