The Dutch floating production contractor was forced to issue a statement after Dutch business magazine Quote discovered the allegations against SBM Offshore, which published its annual results on Thursday.
The Schiedam-headquartered company revealed that the publication on the Wikipedia page “shows great similarity to an e-mail attachment the company received from a former employee shortly before the publication was posted online”.
