Saudi Aramco has pushed back by at least one month the tender for multiple offshore contracts involving its multi-billion-dollar Zuluf oilfield expansion scheme in the Persian Gulf.

Two people with direct knowledge of the bid process told Upstream that submissions for a quintet of offshore contracts for the development have been delayed until 22 August.

“Bids were earlier expected to be submitted this month but Aramco recently informed bidders on the extension,” one person said.
