Indonesia’s national oil company Pertamina has kick-started the tender process for a significant lumpsum technical framework pipeline installation contract, which will be performed through 2025.

The four-year Pipeline Replacement Project, which will see new pipelines installed and existing deteriorated pipelines replaced, is intended to maintain the operator’s production from two flagship producing assets as well as boosting output.

Subsidiary Pertamina Hulu Energi requires the works to be performed over two major producing assets offshore Indonesia – Offshore Northwest Java (ONWJ) and Offshore Southeast Sumatra (OSES) – over four seasons from 2022 through 2025.
