UK supermajor BP has signed 30-year production sharing contracts for the Agung I and Agung II gas exploration blocks offshore Indonesia with the host government — acreage offered in the second round of the 2021 Oil & Gas Working Area Bid Round.

The deep-water Agung I PSC covers 6656 square kilometres offshore Bali and East Java, and the Agung II deep-water block is located offshore South Sulawesi, West Nusa Tenggara and East Java and covers an area of 7970 square kilometres.
