Repsol has approached the market to contract a series of oil-related services as the Spanish company makes final preparations to commence a highly anticipated drilling programme in the Kanuku block offshore Guyana.
Repsol has already agreed to charter the Noble Corporation jack-up drilling rig Noble Regina Allen to spud the Beebei-1 wildcat in Kanuku.
The company has now launched three separate request for information in an attempt to contract fluid analysis services, rock analysis services and image logs processing and interpretation services, according to procurement documents made available by Guyana’s Ministry of Natural Resources.
