Saudi Aramco has made four new oil and gas discoveries in three different regions, according to Saudi Arabia’s official press agency.

To the north-west of Dhahran, in the Persian Gulf, the state-run company's Al-Reesh Number 2 well discovered unconventional oil and gas.

The discovery well flowed Arab extra light crude at a rate of 4452 barrels per day, along with 3.2 million standard cubic feet of natural gas, according to a statement by Saudi Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman.
