A subsea installation vessel has belatedly arrived at Eni’s Coral South floating liquefied natural gas project offshore Cabo Delgado province in Mozambique, whose waters have been declared a risk zone by marine insurers.

After a few weeks delay, DOF Subsea’s Skandi Africa pipelay vessel — which is on long-term charter to TechnipFMC, Eni’s prime subsea contractor on Coral South — left Maputo harbour.
